Apr 15, 2026 - UTMSpace, Johor Bahru recently hosted a specialised technical briefing on the preparation of Provisional Accreditation documentation as part of its ongoing quality enhancement initiative.

The session was led by Mrs. Auni Batrisya binti Mohamad Zaihan, Assistant Director of TTAS, who provided comprehensive insights into the accreditation process. She was accompanied by the MBOT delegation, which included Ms. Nor Hany Nazwa binti Mohd Puad and Ms. Aina Aqilah binti Lukman.

The briefing focused on providing in-depth technical guidance to UTMSpace academic staff regarding the criteria and procedures for preparing the necessary documentation to secure Provisional Accreditation. This collaboration is a strategic move to ensure that all technology-related programmes offered by UTMSpace meet the high standards established by the Technology and Technical Accreditation Council.

During the session, MBOT shared best practices in document management and discussed perspectives on streamlining the assessment process. This initiative by UTMSpace reflects the institution's steadfast commitment to maintaining educational excellence in alignment with the natio's aspirations for technology talent development.

The engagement concluded with an interactive Q&A session, allowing UTMSpace personnel to gain further clarification on the latest accreditation protocols and requirements.
