February 4, 2026 - The Registrar of Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT), recently led a delegation on an official courtesy visit to the Deputy Secretary-General (Management), YH Dato' Ts. Gs. Dr. Mohd Zakaria bin Ibrahim, at Wisma Sri Pahang. The visit marked a significant opportunity for both MBOT and the Pahang State Government to come together and explore collaborative initiatives aimed at enhancing the professional growth of civil servants with technical expertise. During the meeting, discussions centered on strategies to empower state civil servants to obtain recognition as Professional Technologists (Ts.) or Certified Technicians. Such recognition not only acknowledges the technical skills of these individuals but also plays a pivotal role in supporting the state's development agenda through a highly skilled and competent public service. The dialogue reflected a shared commitment to building a workforce that is both capable and forward-looking. The courtesy visit demonstrated MBOT's dedication to strengthening institutional partnerships and fostering professional excellence across Pahang' public service sector. Also present at the meeting were the Director of TTAS, Ts. Dr. Nor Aznan bin Mohd Nor, and Assistant Director, Auni Batrisya binti Mohamad Zaihan.
